New family-friendly home situated in the heart of Weir Views. It acts as an ideal base to explore City of Melton & surrounds. Instantly shift into the comfort, relax and quality of this brand-new contemporary home. It features an open-plan layout, with a fresh and natural colour scheme with stark contracts, wood surfaces, tasteful décor. It equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short or long term stays.
There are 5 bedrooms, the Queen master bedroom comes with an ensuite with toilet and shower plus a full walk-in wardrobe. The 3 spacious bedrooms contain a double bed with built-in robes. The fifth bedroom offers 2 single beds. All bedrooms offer bed linens and pillows. Common bathroom including a shower and bath, with a separate toilet.
Wooden floors flow throughout the house drawing you into the open-plan kitchen and living space. Comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing on or to sit around with the whole family. There is a 55’’ smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen is well established with quality appliances and cooking facilities including a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas cook-top and electric oven plus microwave, dishwasher and all necessary appliances that you’d need, such as toaster, hot water kettle, rice cooker with full cutlery, utensils and dishware. The big laundry room offers a front loader washing machine, iron & iron board, light cleaning products and detergents. You will be provided a porta cot and a highchair at no extra cost.

Note, you'll have access to entire house except for the garage, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage. Thus, the garage is not available to park in.
Getting around: This property is located in Melton South, a newer area that is thriving. It already boasts 3 train stations (Melton Railway Station, Cobblebank Railway Station and Rockbank Station), while shopping centres can be found nearby at Opalia Plaza and Woodgrove Shopping Centre). Just a short stroll from Opalia Plaza.
There is also plenty of recreation in this location, James Melrose Park & Reserve and Mount Carberry Recreation Reserve, as well as the Melton Botanic Garden, all within a 10-minute drive of this home. The Melton Waves Leisure Centre, Atherstone Athletics Facility and Toolern Creek are minutes away, along with other local parks, playgrounds and walking tracks to explore!

• We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
• The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
• Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
• On Thursday night, please ensure that council bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed for the weekly collection.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
• Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
• Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
• Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
• The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.
