What a great find. On the outskirts of Melbourne near the airport, good sized room for a family of 3. Very comfortable beds, warm and quiet. Room was clean. Shower was amazing!

Shame there was no warning about the homeless people staying there until checkin time and the issues there were causing. No sleep, people outside all night people knocking on the door asking for a light. Never again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, hard as a matter of fact. It felt like laying on a board. The two chairs also left a lot to be desired. The person at reception was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, there was no one to check us in; just a note on the door saying to call a phone number. Our cell phones no longer had service and we had no way to call. We went for a couple short walks, returning every 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, we walked across the street and the kind man at the liquor store called the number and we were told our key was under the doormat. When we checked out, the office was closed again - just dropped the key through the slot. This is the first time we have stayed at a hotel/motel and never had contact with any staff. The facility was nice though - very clean and quiet.

Reception was not very welcoming. Told our room number, handed the key and told it was on our right. Room very old and dated. Needs a complete revamp. No prices for bar snacks. Bed very comfy

Very nice, excellent having a lounge to watch TV. But found the single bed mattress to be very hard and uncomfortable.
