In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Very close hike to town and Wartburg castle. We only used taxi from and to train station. Room was small but very comfortable. Bathroom was larger than expected. "

"The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"
