"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking. We had a delightful room overlooking the river and it was reasonably quiet. The only noise was late at night from some noisy teenagers in the street below. "It was double booked. I arrived at 8pm with my 3 children, and there was another family staying there. I contacted the host, who was very apologetic and called expedia to find a solution. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided.
