"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family. Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek. Challenges: It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...
