Mears is a very small Michigan attraction city. You have to be willing to pay the money to experience the lake and the dunes of you don’t have those vehicles at your disposal. Otherwise, there isn’t much to do!

"The middle of the Montague Trail is only a mile or 2 away, we were able to find it and explore. It was early in the season, so there was no restaurant open near the dunes. We did visit a very nice cafe right in Mears.
