"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"Unfortunately I had to give a low rate even if the staffs were great and the beds were super comfy and big. I think the beds were the reasons I chose this hotel- 2 kings size bed. So the main reason that effects the low rate were the noise from the street. If you were a light sleeper run away from this hotel. I thought it shouldn’t be that bad when I read the previous reviews but I thought wrong. Nope. The tram ran frequently early and late at night. It’s so so loud. Police cars in Brussels were...
