"The Cozy Cottage in the lake was as advertised. So comfortable and stress free. A wonderful 3 nights. Close enough for a quick run to the market for supplies, but feels a million miles away. Great view of sunrise. Peaceful cove, nice dock, and comfortable for our group of 5."

"We live about an hour away but this was a great mini getaway. We lived the screened in porch and fire pit by the river. There were games and rock painting for the kiddo. Perfect stay. "

"To celebrate our daughter’s graduation our family enjoyed a long weekend in the mountains. The house was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We loved hanging out down by the river and playing pool into the night. It was a perfect get away!"

"Wonderfully positioned on 36 acres in the midst of a major housing development but you didn't know it. There were horses, donkey, cats, lots of deer and peace and quiet. Overall - a very roomy house - only complaint is there was no Fox News and that is important. Plenty of shopping areas and options - golf course, antique, etc..Thank you Pearl Mai!!"

"We lucked into this gem in search of a place to stay for my Daughters graduation at UGA. Oh my goodness I didn't want to leave Super quiet and the house was very clean. I had wo much fun petting the dogs and seeing all the farm animals. It was incredible treat for this city girl. Thank you John for sharing this beautiful place with us."
