"Very well maintained two bedroom cabin with sunroom on the Hudson River. Cabin is equipped with all of the essentials for daily living, excluding a washer/dryer. It’s obvious the owners take pride in their rental. They provided us with a welcome S’mores kit, gallons of drinking water and firewood as their guest. Nothing beats the view from the back patio, the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit or from the dock. The kids had a blast fishing while the adults relaxed around the fire pit. Over a four day span, our son must have caught 25-30 fish which included Pumpkinseed Sunfish, Fallfish, Small Mouth Bass, Rock Bass, Yellow Perch and Catfish. Most of his catches came after 6 PM. During our stay, we ventured north to Gore Mountain for a ride on the Hudson Chair Skyryde, visited a local Maple Syrup Farm, rented a Pontoon (rope & tube included), went swimming at Wayside Beach and spent the afternoon having lunch annd browsing the stores at Lake Gorge.Great spot. Would definitely return!"

"What a great weekend we had at this wonderful getaway. Our grandson and daughters said it was the best ever! Spacious and unique residence with everything you need. So many stores nearby for additional sundries. Town beach just steps away. A parade and fireworks were a bonus! Thank you Dana for sharing your cabin with us. We hope to come back soon."
