"Personally the hotel needs a few things to be updated. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom tiles were tired, damaged and broken and the lip to the bathroom is a trip hazard where the carpet is overlaid over the tiles. There was a month and a half out of date item in the mini bar that after a long day I drank, without contemplating it would be out of date by 6 weeks. Thankfully apple juice but it was off and by the time I worked out why it tasted bad, it was too late and I had drank some. I would have liked more thought and consideration at the reception desk when told. Nothing at all offered and they just said they would see the in-room team. I had drank something 6 weeks out of date in a 5 star hotel. Nothing. Nothing at all done. The actual room service was good, the food good enough. Set up formal for the type of food served but I was grateful to eat actual food. The room was spacious enough but the bed was incredibly hard, it was the worst nights sleep that I have had in a hotel stay in many, may years. I was so grateful to stay, I was with my boss and team members, so I didn't make a fuss, but honestly not good enough."

"Lovely hotel with a wonderful dining room that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Everything was terrific. The only problem I had is that Hotel is old. The carpet in the room and walls covered with fabric that is padded, something made me allergic so all the time I was there. I had a runny nose, I’m not a person with allergies. I don’t have seasonal allergies. None of that so I think it could be dust even though the maids did a fantastic job everything was beautifully clean. They even put fresh flowers in my room every few days."

"I am a 222 VIP with Four Seasons. I have stayed in dozens of properties around the world. They provided a suite upgrade on a stay booked with one hour notice at 01:30. Also provided ROUNDTRIP Bentley house car service, so I could purchase more luggage. The Michelin starred restaurant Pavyllon is the best meal I’ve ever eaten in the UK and might be the best hotel restaurant in the world, at what might be my favorite city property in the chain. 5 star stay across the board."
