Aquarius Vacation Club at Boqueron Beach Resort

"I stayed at Hotel Aquarius in August 2026 and had a mixed experience. While the staff was consistently friendly and respectful, several issues with the facilities and services affected the overall stay. The property shows noticeable deterioration. Common areas appear worn, and some equipment lacks proper maintenance. In a few cases, there was visible dirt, including air‑conditioning filters that were clearly dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and comfort. At the poolside café, the employees were kind and attentive, but the service was slow and inefficient. Even simple orders took longer than expected, giving the impression of disorganization or insufficient staffing. One of the most inconvenient problems was the interruption of electrical service, which caused the air conditioners to shut off during the night. This made it difficult to rest and was frustrating, especially for a hotel that should ensure stable essential services. Overall, Hotel Aquarius has potential and a welcoming team, but it urgently needs improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency to provide the level of experience guests expect."

"Un fin de semana espectacular. El lugar estaba muy acogedor y tranquilo. Todo limpio. Lo único que no me gustó fue los pool passes. Los huéspedes no pudimos disfrutar por tantas personas con el pool passes que no estaban hospedándose. De lo demás estuvo muy bien."

"Mi estancia estuvo excelente pero deberían fumigar las hormigas no se por donde rayos se meten en la villa, que me picaron pero de lo demás excelente la villa estaba limpia y la comida del restaurante muy buena. Los recomiendo servicio excelente lo único es eso las hormigas que se metieron para la villa."
