"Very clean , the staff in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The reception was OK , could have been more friendly. The room that I had was nice , but the shower floor was extremely slippery and dangerous with nothing to hold on ."

"Séjour parfait à Arcachon avec un emplacement idéal à 5 mn à pied du centre ville (tout en étant au calme) et de la plage et 15 mn de la gare. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée (rien ne manque), la literie très confortable, la propreté impeccable. Le patio est très agréable pour les repas ou même une pause extérieure.Nombreuses informations disponibles sur Arcachon et la région, qui nous ont été bien utiles.Un très grand MERCI à Sabine pour son accueil, sa disponibilité constante et sa gentillesse ! Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"General wipe down areas, kitchenette and bathroom were generally clean however, decor finishes; skirting, doors, floor etc. were dusty and not clean. Room was located on the 1st floor overlooking the plaza and was particularly noisy early morning due to deliveries (6am onwards) and late night noise due to the local restaurants. Internal hotel noise was minimal. Possibly due to other guests knowing from experience, NOT to be located at a low level overlooking the Plaza. "

"No hot water to the room throughout our stay, dated decor, poor lighting, double bed was two singles pushed together, drafty room. Staff were helpful enough and pleasant. Location and parking was excellent. "
