"Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Inga problem att få sitt rum fast vi kom tidigt. Gott om mysiga sittgrupper runt om i kryp-in i entréplan. Trevligt ordnat med fritt kaffe och hembakade småkakor. Rummet var Ok trots lukt av simbassäng och för dåligt ljus i sängens läslampor. Frukosten var mycket bra även om den serverades i en sportbar. "We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...
