"Great house. Very clean. Centrally located for trips to Everglades city Bonita springs and sanibel. Pool and hot tub were nice and were enjoyed by the teens and tweens in our group. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. It’s located off a busy road but not terrible or noisy. Overall we would highly recommend this rental. It’s not super fancy but has everything you need and a nice place to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful week. "

"What an incredible home for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and the views of the water and natural area were gorgeous. The whole family loved the game room for watching shows, playing ping pong, the arcade and poker. The water bottles, coffee kcups and bags of chips were greatly appreciated and a nice touch of hospitality. Highly recommended rental for large families or any big group wanting a vacation rental that has it all."

"Beautiful home that worked well for us. Quiet neighborhood. Pool area was wonderful, somewhat secluded, and heated to perfection with no extra fee. The drip coffee maker did not work well and the host had it replaced immediately. Super comfy beds. This property does allow pets, which wasn't an issue for us, but be aware of this. Having the garage available to park in was a huge plus. There are no table lamps in the living room, only overhead can lights. Would likely stay here again if the price is right."

"I noticed all the great reviews were from 2023, 2024. My stay was in 2026 and I found the house to be neglected. Lights that didn’t work, stove burners that didn’t work, the kitchen lacked adequate cooking equipment, if you want to prepare meals, counter top ice maker didn’t work, Murphy bed downstairs collapsed when someone tried to sleep on it, bed linens that worn and had a lot of piling, and the floors in the house weren’t cleaned well, the soles of your feet turned black when you walked on them barefoot."
