"When we arrived the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly!! Our first room was however was not. It took several tries to get the door to open, when it did finally open the smell of dirty dog smacked us right in the face. You could tell they attempted to spray a deodorizer it just didn’t work.. after deciding I couldn’t handle the scent, we left out to go to the front desk and I couldn’t get the door to shut the lock was stuck. I wish I could remember the woman’s name from the front...
