"We had a fabulous stay here. Rooms are lovely, and the bar and restaurant area are excellent. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux, or there is a tram stop right outside which came in very handy in the 40°C heat! The aircon in the building was welcomed at the end of a long day of sightseeing!"

"Such an amazing staff and service. The food is just amazing. The property is clean and well-maintained. We will definitely come back. Just be aware that when you reserve, you might not end up in the main building. They have other properties around the main building."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very welcoming and the concierge went out his way to book a fabulous wine tasting tour in Margaux. At the bar, Lilly was a spectacular. Lilly was an excellent mixologist! Every drink she made was delicious, and you can tell she really knows her craft. She was friendly, welcoming, and made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re there, definitely ask Lilly to make your drink!"

"stay here every time I’m in Bordeaux, and it has become my favourite hotel in the city. On my last visit, I accidentally booked a room in the separate building. It was charming and perfectly comfortable, but not quite the experience I had expected. If it’s your first stay, I would definitely recommend booking a room in the main building, where the rooms are beautifully designed and really showcase the character of the hotel. The staff are consistently excellent—professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming—which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. For me, it’s still the best place to stay in Bordeaux."

"Good hotel near the old centre though tucked behind a very ugly couple of 60s buildings. 12 minute walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was good, though the room it is served in lacked natural light or character. Fitness centre was too small to use, but Basic Fit 6 mins away offers a day pass for €11.99 and is very well equipped. Room very nice and staff lovely. Decent hotel bar too."

"Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this! Will definitely recommend for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay!"
