Certaines prestations vantées sont absentes (pas de salle de sport, pas de spa, télé non fonctionnelle, wifi défaillant). Accueil moyen Pour leur defense il y a une transition de proprietaires qui peut expliquer des defauts de gestions

Comme le descriptif de l'hotel le précise nous sommes à 11 km de Marrakech. Il faut un bon 1/4 d'heure pour aller à Marrakech. Le souci c'est qu'il n'y a rien autour... Il faut donc réserver un taxi ou autre moyen de locomotion systématiquement. Les taxis viennent vous chercher et vous déposer... Nous étions les seuls clients... ça fait un peu bizarre... mais les 2 femmes qui nous ont accueillies nous ont préparé de bons petits déjeuners (inclus) et de bons plats (non inclus). Malheureusement, elles ne parlent pas le français ce fut donc une (bonne) surprise à chaque diner...

Des notre arrivée personne a la réception pour nous recevoir et la chambre n'était pas encore prête on a du attendre 1h. L'état de la chambre est déplorable les lits sont sales ont a du demander un chagement de la chambre plusieurs fois. La clim marchait une fois sur deux, la douche fuyait, il a eu une coupure d'électricité, ... Au final sur les 4 jours qu'on a réserver et payer nous sommes rester que 2 jours car sa ne pouvais plus continuer quitte à perdre notre argent. Seul point positif : la piscine mis à disposition de jour comme de nuit

Un cadre magnifique avec piscine et jeux pour enfants. Cependant la propreté des chambres laissent à désirer le service aussi. De plus on nous a demandé de payer à l'hôtel car ils ne savaient pas comment récupérer les sous de notre réservation. Ce que nous avons du faire. Beaucoup de rencontré déçu par cet établissement avec un si gros potentiel. Vraiment dommage. Pr la nourriture vraiment déçu.
