We had a lovely stay, so nice to be close to the heart of the Medina and have such a caring staff. We were escorted to and from whenever we needed, the room was large and very comfortable and the food was tasty.

I traveled to Marrakesh as a solo female traveler and after a rough travel experience and missing lounge. The front desk went above and beyond. They called airports on my behalf and ensured my luggage would be at the Marrakesh airport ASAP. They arranged staff to walk me and pick me up from meet up points to ensure I never felt unsafe. They had my laundry washed daily because I arrived with two outfits. The riad is gorgeous but the service was incredible. I’ve heard the hospitality in Morocco is amazing, but I was blown away. I highly recommend this riad.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Kheirredine and couldn’t recommend it enough. The riad is beautiful, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and feels very welcoming. The location was perfect for us - just outside the busy areas and Medina, so it’s peaceful while everything remains easily walkable. Our room (Vanilla) was lovely, with a big bath and rainfall shower. The toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers were a nice touch and with two daily turndown services the room was always spotless, stocked with fresh fruit, water, and biscuits. The spa treatment was great, and the heated pool was a welcome bonus on rainy days. Although the weather limited our time on the rooftop, it was peaceful with beautiful views when we did use it. The restaurant was a highlight - breakfast offered plenty of choice, and dinners were consistently delicious with Moroccan, Italian, and international options. Booking a half-day tour on our first morning was the best way to start the trip, helping us get our bearings and feel confident exploring the markets. We were provided with a phone to contact staff if we ever needed directions, someone to meet us or had questions. We never needed to use it, but it was reassuring to have. I was surprised with a special birthday treat, and many staff took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which felt really thoughtful. Above all, the staff made our stay unforgettable everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special.

Best riad in Marrakech. 20 rooms; 4 Riad’s joined together (so to be 5) with plush spaces for lounging, multiple bars, expansive rooftop for lap pool, dining, lounging. Truly 5 start service.

I would love to stay here again. I cannot name enough staff members who have made this stay so memorable and enjoyable but Kareem and Khaled were especially nice. All facilities were fantastic and I cannot recommend this stay enough.

Upscale, modern Moroccan oasis!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this oasis in the middle of Marrakech! The service was absolutely impeccable and made our stay feel safe and catered to no matter where we were on the property or even in the city. The overall aesthetic of this Riad was upscale, modern Moroccan! Absolutely loved it, and would love to have the designer completely redo my home! The various pools located around the property provided space for rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the streets just a step outside. The breakfast they served was an experience in and of itself. The only downside in my experience was that my room was technically the fourth floor because it was a multilevel room, and there are no lifts, and although the staff took care of the luggage, it was a bit of a climb just to get to the bedroom, especially after a long day of walking around the city!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. It is not conveniently located, but the extent of staff assistance on every aspect of our stay more than made up for that. Recommend highly.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and make you happy. The hotel is located in the old Medina so area around the hotel is residential neighborhood that’s run down but it is part of the charm of staying in this section of town.

This is a gorgeous property that has an incredible staff. The facilities were excellent, clean, modern and well maintained. All of the staff from the front office to the main bar to the restaurant left us with wonderful memories. If there was any negative, we felt that, although this boutique Hotel was inside the Medina, we still had to do a fair amount of walking to get to transportation. That being said, we were given escorts every time we had to go somewhere-no matter the time of day or night. If we come back to Marrakech, we would absolutely stay here again

Riad Kheirredine felt like a beautiful oasis when we arrived there fresh from the desert. Friendly staff members met us wherever our tour bus decided to drop us off, and carried our luggage through the city to the Riad. From that moment on we were taken care of completely. The staff was lovely and helpful, anticipating every need. Our room was beautiful, far exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is great, and they have a coveted liquor license which pairs especially well with the multiple rooftop lounges. I loved everything about this hotel, and can't wait to visit again. Incredible Hospitality

Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, offering personalized service that went above and beyond. The riad itself is stunning, and we stayed in the beautiful Sandal Suite, which combined traditional Moroccan design with modern comfort. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, offering incredible views of the city and Atlas Mountains—perfect for relaxing with a drink. Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond in ensuring that every request, need, and wish was fulfilled with impeccable care. He truly deserves a promotion! I wish every hotel had a staff like him! Whether it was providing fantastic suggestions, arranging seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, organizing tuk tuk rides, and even providing cellphone for peace of mind in case we got lost—the staff was always there to help. While the area around the riad may seem a bit overwhelming at first, stepping into Riad Kheirredine is like entering a peaceful oasis. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Marrakesh's old city. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you leave!

Well, this place is truly excellent. It is a beautiful Riad that has been renovated to an extremely high standard situated in the Medina. You can book airport transfers, tours etc through the Riad directly and they are of a good standard and reasonably priced. All of the staff, without exception, are customer service orientated to an extremely high standard. From the cleaning staff to the management, all staff want you to have a great stay They simply cannot do enough for you. Our room was wonderful with a nice large comfortable bed. Free water is provided together with biscuits and fruit. Free Wi-Fi is good. All furnished in keeping with the Riad. The room is serviced in the morning and the evening. There is air conditioning/heating. There is no TV. The food is of a high quality. The breakfast is included and is served with a good selection. The eggs are cooked to order. The evening meal offers traditional dishes, an Italian menu and an international menu. The food is once again of high quality. The Riad is in the Medina and the alleyways can initially be overwhelming. The hotel provides an escorted service out of the Medina. They also give you a mobile phone which you can use for google maps but also to ring the hotel if you get lost, want a cab etc. In summary I cannot praise this Riad enough.
