You have to croutch down to go through an arch then enter the property, a bit of a walk from restaurants ,shops, bus routes, breakfast was good ,the air-conditioning was not working it felt very dusty and claustrophobic, small wooden stand as a cupboard i needed more facilities but if you want a authentic riad experience you might like it ,getting there from the main road is a long walk as well ,staff were amazing
Hard to find but comfortable and lady offered lovely tea and gave me a prayer mat. Room clean , air conditioned that I didn’t use and local restaurants are cheap here. Breakfast is ok and man gave me a big pot of Moroccan tea that I loved.
Very nice little riad on the edge of the medina. Perfectly close to everything without being in the middle of tourist chaos. Emre and staff was so helpfull and accommodating. Our room was basic but nice. Comfy bed, warm water for the shower and windows to open so fresh air get in. Clean and charming, but not all new and perfect. But perfect for us and how we like to stay when travelling. Sweet little roof top terrace where we enjoyed the breakfast.
Don’t choose the two single bed room on the ground floor - it’s ice cold in winter and super damp with lots of cracks and a bit mold. Air conditioner doesn’t work for hot air and it’s extremely cold during the winter months at night. Hot water is not always guaranteed and sheets and towels smell a bit.
Upper terrace is nice and the staff is sweet. Wi-Fi also works ok. Area is pretty quiet which is really nice.
This is a great little Riad, 5mins walk from the markets. With only 4 or 6 rooms it is small and personable as well as being sheltered from the noise of the city.
Well located and very friendly!
The staff are fantastic! Emre is genuinely friendly and is tireless in ensuring your stay in Marrakech is a pleasant one. He spent much time helping me organize a tour to Erg Chebbi and on to Fes on short notice. The riad and especially the terrace are a quiet and relaxing place after the crazyness of the souk.
Great stay and the chef/housekeeper was a very friendly and welcoming lady. She welcomed us warmly with mint tea and served wonderful food for breakfast. We regret not having time to try her evening food too.
The room is quiet at night despite being in the Medina. The bathroom in the twin room on the ground floor was a bit run down but it looked like the manager may be renovating some of the rooms when we were there.
Location is wonderful for exploring the famous square, souks and Jardin Majorelle, among other attractions.
The roof terrace is a really excellent asset - we relaxed there some evenings, even in December.
Pros: the service was great, we arrived late on the first night and were personally taken for a walk to find food and a bank. When booking the transfer we were taken all the way to the Riad which would have been impossible to find on our own. There was heaps of hot water, the room was cleaned daily and the terrace and breakfast was nice.
Cons, the wifi was poor, the aircon would not go lower than 21 which led to some stuffy nights and we were promised we would be walked to the taxi upon departure so they could ensure we would get the local rate and not be scammed which didn’t happen and we ended up paying more. I’d say just not to offer this service if you can’t deliver. No elevator, only stairs which is a problem with large luggage and also very low ceilings - keep in mind if you are a tall person!
Overall I would stay here again and can’t beat it for the price!

Did not like it at all!
Well first of all: even the word "medina" sound exotic and also the word "riad"---avoid those places basically in whole Morocco, if you have money and you respect yourself! Parking possibility was my main option to choose the place-this place is quite deep in old town, so you can get 200 m near to the hotel....only if you have very skilled driver,. If you are not, then you must park Your car to some dump-yard or shady spot with the help of some local dude. Not good! Also: tour.buses cannot pick you up from there. The hotel itself was probably 200 years old and the doors as well...so it was 100% no soundproof place. SO DISTURBING! They started to communicate at 6 am and finished talking and banging doors at 23 or even later...no chance to get any sleep! Just pick the normal hotel! Breakfast was basically a cup of coffee, egg and pancake and juice. Positive: the cleaning lady was the friendliest person ever, even we could not communicate in our language skills. So helpful and polite! But yes-get better place than that and in better area.
No volvería
