"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of choices. Everything was pleasant from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers!"

"Very clean and everything as advertised. The amenities (e.g. espresso machine) were a nice touch. And the improvements to the porch allowed us to stay outside late into the night without worrying about bugs or rain.Michael was great with communication -- quick & responsive and happy to give additional recommendations for a neighboring town when an expected emergency pulled us away from the cabin"

"Property was very well taken care of newly renovated, with excellent decor. Owner was very responsive. Nice quiet place where my family and enjoyed ourselves and some amazing hiking in the Linville gorge. If your grilling be aware you are in bear country and they may want to come check out what’s for dinner. I would go back in a second."
