"When I went to check in with my confirmed stay I was told that hotel was full and I needed to stay at another hotel that was much farther way to where I needed to be"

"Old hotel that needs to be updated, it was F1 Grand Prix week so we didn't have many options. Laminate flooring was peeling up and walls could be cleaned. The doors, inside the shower, and the wooden surfaces needed to be cleaned as well. The cleaning crew forgot to clean our room/bring us fresh towels. We had to ask for these services a handful of times."

"Nice hotel as far as location and could be great if properly managed. Probably better for convention people than tourists. Several areas of ripped carpet on floors, the bridge to our room had a shattered window. Wifi went out so restaurants couldn't take orders once. Water to our room went out so no shower or ability to flush toilets in our room or lobby bathrooms for several hours. They have a robot to clean carpets running around. Pool area pretty crowded when the sun comes out."

"I go to this hotel since its opening. I like the large room, the parking and the location. However, I have seen decrease in the quality of the facility and the service, with price increase. The last couple times I have been , were really bad. Once I had about 1 inch of dust in the room. Advised the main desk , sent an email.and nothing was done . This time the ac was not working. I was offered to change room , but after the second night, I was already installed. The towels in the rooms were in an unacceptable condition. Staff could careless. Not going back ever . For the same price you can have better hotels in better location (10-30) for example."
