"We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

"Perfect location as only a couple of streets over from Isla Verde with coffee shops, restaurants, super mart, etc. Also within walking distance to beautiful Carolina Beach. This studio apartment is very clean and exactly as posted. Don't be surprised to have a rooster waking you up at 7:00 a.m. which was pretty cool. The host Anthony quickly responds to any questions you may have. Great stay for 2 nights before a cruise. "

"The place is close to the beach and airport, a min away driving from Isla Verde Ave and its good if you are not looking for nothing fancy, just for a place to crash and spend the night, the area is safe and you can even walk to the beach, probably a 15 min walk, restaurants,bars, supermarket and gas station are near by to."
