"We didn’t realise at the time of booking that the hotels main use is for pilgrims visiting the Knock Shrine. As such, the facilities were limited and whilst fairly new, were dated. Similarly the restaurant food was limited to say the least, it was more like that provided at a care home rather than a 3/4 star hotel. The grounds were well maintained but the furniture had been left to the elements and was in need of a serous overhaul. The rooms were clean and tidy, but would have benefitted from...
