"This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed."

"The property is very nice and well kept. The house overall was perfect for accomodating my family, and the downstairs basement had lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The air hockey table is a little worse for wear, but foosball and ping pong table were a blast. Kitchen was well stocked, and they had some waters etc. in the fridge as a nice welcome. The only downside is it is close to a major thoroughfare which was rather noisy throughtout the day and even a little at night if you have the windows open. It was a minor disturbance and had I been aware before arrival I wouldn't have cared at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend. "

"Perfect lake camp with broad lake view and easy access. All we did was swim, float on a raft, grill food and sit on the deck looking at the water. If that is your agenda, this is your place."

"We spent a wonderful week at this house on Shaws Pond and would gladly return. The pond is beautiful and the outdoor space is wonderful. The location is great, removed from town but close enough to get to easily. The house itself served us well though it was less our focal point. Bonuses like great toys for our toddler and personal interaction with the wonderful hosts made it even more special. Thanks for a great stay!"
