• Dock: Pier-style 22' dock extending over the bay with a shallow draft (2'-4') right on the open Gulf. Due to the shallow depth, please confirm if your boat can be accommodated prior to booking, including any rental boats.
• Pool: Private 504 sqft waterside pool with spillover spa (not a hot tub), with optional heating available on request. Pool towels are provided.
• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy. 1 acre fenced in yard perfect for pets.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Fish cleaning table and bait freezer available. Right on open water, can fish right off the dock into the Gulf.
• Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy outdoor fun with two kayaks, two beach cruiser bikes, a tire pump, ping pong, a cornhole set, and two paddleboards—all set for adventure and relaxation.
• Parking: 4+ parking spots for vehicles and trailers.
• Sleep in Comfort: The master suite has an ensuite bathroom. Smart TV's in all bedrooms.

Relax around the outdoor patio table while your family enjoys the pool or spillover spa, with the Gulf as your stunning backdrop. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for fun and s'mores. If you're in the mood to grill, a propane grill on the upper patio makes it easy. The property also features a boat dock for tying up your boat, plus easy access to the peaceful coral lagoon. The fully fenced yard offers a pet-friendly space, so your furry friends can enjoy paradise too!
2nd level of the home:
The spacious upper level features a dining room that seats up to 10 people and sleeping accommodations for up to six. It includes one bedroom, bedroom 3, with two Twin beds, another, bedroom 2, with a Queen bed, and a master suite with a King bed. The living area offers seating for up to 12, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
