★ POOL HEATING ★
Pool can be heated for $250/week plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees (prorated for longer stays).

★ PET POLICY ★
We welcome pets with some restrictions. Pet fee is $250 per pet per week. Pets have to be under 25 pounds, any dogs above 25 pounds require special approval. Please ask us for details. Any pets on any kind of sofa, furniture, chair, bedding, linens, will be charged an automatic $500 deep cleaning/damage fee per linen/damage incident to the card on file.

BOATING

It is recommended to bring/rent a boat smaller than 25' feet for ease of entry and docking. Depending on captain's experience, you may have a difficult time turning and exiting in and out of this canal with a boat larger than 25'. Max size is 30'. Please double check all drone photos, and verify with us beforehand so we can check if your boat will fit in this canal.
