This hotel has potential, but there are a few issues. The best part of it is how close it was to the venue where we were attending a concert. The location could not have been better. However, the lack of a luggage rack, end tables or a microwave in the room was not great. I like the keypad for the doors. Also, I had called ahead to see if there were any gluten-free options for the breakfast that they put in the room. I was told they would take care of it, but it did not happen. Another plus – the bed was super comfortable.

2/10 Terrible

We stayed there because of a wedding. Around 1:30 in the am the noise from a room close to ours became extremely annoying. Since we couldn’t get tp sleep by 3 am I decided to go to the front desk and ask that hotel management tell the revealers to stop the noise. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk so I got dressed and went to fing someone in charge. There was no management to contact, no phone to call anyone and the front desk was shut down. When someone finally showed up I asked for a refund or partial refund for our room since we didn’t get 3 hours of sleep. I was told that since the noise was caused by other guests that were in the wedding party the hotel policy was that no rooms would be discounted even though no one in charge of the hotel was available to do anything. I find that very disappointing and wondering what would happen if there were a fire. It was our worst night in a hotel with over 100 + hotel stays in the past 15 years. We have never asked for a refund once.

Everything was awesome. The only thing the room could have used was like a small table with a club chair. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. It is located within walking distance to the entertainment area of downtown if you choose to take in events there.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Alexander was disappointing. Communication upon arrival was practically nonexistent. We were given no information about housekeeping, parking, the Wi-Fi password, or even how the continental breakfast worked. We learned that rooms are not serviced unless housekeeping is specifically requested. Even after requesting service a second time, our room was still not cleaned. After spending the day hiking, we were looking forward to coming back to a made bed, emptied garbage, and fresh towels, but that never happened. Overall, we were left to figure out far too much on our own, and the experience felt more like staying in a dormitory than a hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.

Extremely clean room and main areas where we were. Love the codes for rooms and outside doors so there no key to keep track of. Staff was super helpful and available when needed. Amazing location within walking distance of many things. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay . Great location for concerts at the Mayo arena . It is basically a half of block away and lots of places to eat a few blocks away, Recommend Rounders . Also, the weight room was bigger than expected . Great stay.

I have stayed here a few other times. The only complaint I have is the smell on the bedding. No need for that!! Absolutely Disgusting ! Other than a bad nights sleep because of the smelly bedding.. Everything is clean, big rooms, easy parking, staff if always awesome!!
