"Outdoor pool is great for the kids. Clean pool. Breakfast is decent and included in Expedia rate plan. Location is convenient for the event next to the Podium event venue. During our stay. The hotel staff was overwhelmed by the visitors due to the event that was happening. But overall our party had a great stay experience. Note for hotel management, be sure to keep the bed sheets cleaned and change out mattress as it was super soft and had very little back support."

"The rooms were well equipped, modern, and clean. The river view was very nice. J.M., the Operations Manager, did our check-in. She was professional, friendly, and fun. She remembered us from last year P., one of the maintenance staff, greeted us and also told us he remembered us from last year. The two Bistro employees, E. and S., were fun and professional. They gave us some recommendations on what to get for the complimentary breakfast. We chose the burrito, which was great. (I can't put the employee names in this review, you know who you are. ;) )"

"We were in area for three days exploring. Awesome facility. Great staff! Restaurant staff were exceptional. Friendly, timely and professional. Breakfast area and food were outstanding. Spacious room with balcony and beautiful bathroom. Nice size pool and hot tub. Location was perfect. Outside Spokane traffic but close enough. Airport is a short distance. Lots of great shopping. Will stay again."

"Hotel Ruby was a good stay, we needed the convenience of being able to walk to the convention center. The free breakfast Nextdoor at Rosie’s was great and the communication from the hotel before/during/after our stay was fantastic! Hotel itself is just ok, more of a motel style, AC was a little loud but worked great. Rooms were well insulated we couldn’t hear much outside."

"This is a beautiful hotel and walking distance to so much. I was disappointed that at check in there was only one person on duty and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the man in front of me had some sort of problem. Same goes for checking out. There was no key drop box that I could see and she was helping someone. When I asked if I could just give her my key she got an attitude. I was surprised with a hotel of that size that only one person was at the desk especially for check ins."
