I love the hotel. Have stayed there a couple of times when I go to Philippines. Front guest desk people are very nice. And the doorman are awesome. Have a couple of restaurants within the hotel and a grocery store in the basement.

Lots of amenities such as a gym, pool, many restaurants, and a great buffet. Lots of outside shops within walking distance. Many locations, such as malls and bus terminals, are within a 20-minute grab ride. Traffic is a problem but that isn't something the hotel controls. Room was great and staff was helpful! Thank you!

Everything was great especially the spacious suite. The view was spectacular. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The only negative thing was the tv… you all need to update to a smart television. That’s why the 4 stars.

Initially we stayed for 31 days.. we wanted to extend and we got a better deal at Expedia than anywhere else. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, I don’t know how else are they go. A get better than this. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, warm and ready to help quick to respond to your needs. The location is very convenient, easy access to all the malls and nearby prime location. And the best thing was it’s an all stop shop they have sports amenities and offers sports program for the kids to learn and enjoy while we got stuck during the typhoon. All in all it’s 5 stars for us!

in the website in Expedia says the check in starts @ 2pm so we came there before 2pm but they told us that the standard check in in 3pm and we actually got the room 30 minutes after 3, so the website says it wrong and their standard check in was late. But overall experience was good other than the check in that we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby for the room coming from a long trip

An excellent property in a very centralized location. Easy access to Rockwell, Glorietta, and other areas. The staff is absolutely amazing (thank you specifically Je-An, Linzette, and Mico!) and the availability of restaurants is superb—there are several international dining places in the hotel. The pool is huge and amazing. There are shops and a grocery store in the lower levels. A wonderful coffee shop and a convenient store are also on the ground floor. BDO (bank) is there as well. I highly recommend staying here. The room (deluxe two bedroom) was fantastic. It had more than ample room, w/d in the full kitchen, TONS of closet space ( literally everywhere), two full bathrooms and one half bath, cable TV, and remote lighting and window blinds configurations. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you get the opportunity, STAY HERE! 10 stars out of ten. Highly recommend!

My children truly enjoyed our staycation at Alpha Suites. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, ensuring plenty of options for everyone. The room we booked was exceptionally spacious and provided great convenience. The rooftop pool was a highlight—large, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote safety for younger guests. I will definitely recommend and book again at Alpha Suites.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
