Before booking, please note:

Please prepare an additional ₱350 access card fee per stay. This is a standard building fee required by the property and is not included in the booking price. To ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience, we recommend settling this fee prior to arrival.

House Rules & Reminders
1. Early/Late check out requests depending on availability and must be communicated ahead of time. Please note that an additional fee of ₱500 per hour will apply.
 
2. A photo of your valid ID for all guests staying is required.

3. Only The main booker will be issued one access card for elevator, pool, sauna, playground, gym, and roof deck access. (Cards are non-transferable—only the cardholder can use them. For elevators or amenities, the cardholder must accompany you.)

4. The pool and gym are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The main booker (cardholder) must be present while companions are swimming.

5. Visitors are allowed, but they must bring a valid ID. You need to meet them at the lobby.
 
6. Pay parking: Limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative parking: Century City Mall and Alveo, beside the condominium.

7. Clean As You Go. Please turn off the lights, TV, and air‑conditioning before leaving, and keep the unit tidy before checkout.
