"There was a little cockroach infestation. I saw at least two, one in a to go coffee maker in the breakfast buffet and one randomly in the building. In my one night stay, half the lights went off on me. Thankfully the other half worked and it was nighttime so by the morning I just opened the window curtains for light. Otherwise, staff were wonderful and the place was beautiful."

"At first I was unhappy I didn't get a upgrade for my stay especially the rate i was paying for and the location I do appreciate the amenities being in the room overall the breakfast team was so nice and even mr Dennis and the evening security so kind Philippines such beautiful country and sweet people thank you peninsula even the breakfast team so kind even the gentleman that works in the breakfast wears a suit and tie he reminds me a kind filpino I know when I was growing up so respectful and kind and I love the breakfast team wear the filpino traditional shirt thank peninsula hotel salmat and maligayang pasko dao"
