Super clean, happy with the excellent hospitality - all the staff from the bell hop, porter, security guard, front desk, housekeeping to the breakfast staff - very much care, and make you feel welcomed, appreciated and valued. One note to improve upon would be the water temperature - it was tepid to almost less than luke warm, and the dial on the aircon was working though the actual air temp did not seem to adjust. The aircon temp was so so cold and wanted to make it less so. Lastly, the breakfast was good - plated though, but with unlimited juice and coffee. Thank you very much.

The room is okay. The only thing is their towels are not white anymore. Its old like a rug when it’s wet. I complained to them about it. The staff are nice and courteous.
