Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff.

Great newly built hotel! The property is kept very neat and clean at all times. I stayed in a one-bedroom Premier Superior room, which was very spacious and included a sit-out area, a kitchen, and a washer-dryer. The hotel also features a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Numerous shopping areas and food places are just a 5-minute walk away. The best part is that it's slightly away from the crowded areas, yet everything is within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Citadines Roces Quezon City all have been extremely accommodating. The security personnel; the front door man, Romz and others; front desk staff; housekeeping and room services all felt like they went out of our way to assist and accomodate us regarding any concern and request that we had.
