"Nice hotel"

"Clean room but not so friendly staffs at the cafeteria. Cleaning housekeepers opened door without knocking at 10:30AM (1.5 Hr before noon check out time) The hotel is at great location for being close to Eastman School of Music, but the streets were under construction during my visit in April 2026."

"unique and interesting hotel. There was no coffee maker in either of the two rooms I booked, nor was there a "spa robe", both of which were advertized. But the hotel itself was comfortable and really interesting. We enjoyed our stay!!"

"It was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"There was not enough parking for the building, the code to get into the building and to the loft was never provided. We had to stand outside in the cold and wait for somebody to find somebody to let us in. We had to climb four flights upstairs to get to our room. There was no privacy for the bathroom, so the toilet was out in the middle of the room. The bed was just a memory and asked the middle and there was no way to get comfortable. Would not recommend this location and would never stay there again."
