My stay at Glamour Spa and Resorts Hotel in Antalya had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and proficient in German and Turkish, creating a friendly atmosphere. The hotel was clean and cozy, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The restaurant offered a tasty variety of food options, and there were plenty of activities for guests to enjoy. The pools were clean and inviting. However, some downsides included the need for towel replacements throughout the hotel and slow, unreliable internet service. The pool areas tended to get crowded, requiring early morning reservations of your spot seat. Additionally, communication in English was challenging due to limited staff proficiency. In summary, while the hotel had its strengths, such as friendly staff, cleanliness, and food variety, it also had areas for improvement, such as towel quality, internet stability, pool space management, and staff English proficiency. In case of medical treatment please be aware that Anatolia Side hospital one of the worst medical centres and very expensive one to medical treatments!!!

Excellent value for money

Not a five-star hotel, but excellent value for money. The interior of the rooms was a bit boring and old-fashioned, but the air conditioning worked very well and the room had everything you needed. The staff was very warm and friendly. They seemed to genuinely care about their guests. The hotel has its own beach with a wonderful long sandy beach. There is also a small bar on the beach where you can get drinks and a beach restaurant where lunch and snacks are served. The level of all inclusive for its price exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was good and there were many different options for lunch and dinner.

Ok hotel, be careful with the rooms. There was a very strong odeur on ours maybe to surpress odeurs from the toilet. 5 star is questionable, more like 3,5 stars.

first day they put me in a room completely different from what I paid for because I paid extra to get something nice and get one double bed and one single bed so when I told the reception they told me tomorrow noon talk with the manager so that means I spend a night sleeping in a horrible room with no balcony and only one double bed they even didn’t offer refund for that night so if I didn’t tell them this is not a room which I paid extra for they could’ve left me there so make sure this is the room you asked for, foods are good lots of good choices all the time and clean but near the restaurant all the time smelling egg 😖 they should do something about it, staffs are polite and helpful.

The photo booth is a SCAM!! they're rude, they made they rules on the go and are never told until they want money. The person in charge even yelled at me saying it's hard to get money and he needs to trick people to get at least a bit. Do you want that experience in your vacation?? Additionally, it looks like soap and room cleaning is a luxury service in the top floor. In a full week our room was half cleaned only twice (just made the bed and replace the towels) and we never got soap again, so we had to trade with another room

The facility overall isn’t bad but what makes it bad is the staff and their attitude. Let me give you an example: I’m not Turkish but husband is. When I asked for a glass of drink I’ve received it in paper cup ( while speaking Turkish).. then after a while I’ve asked for a drink again but in English and to my surprise received it in a glass cup. Situation happened 3 times. but whatever… when my husband asked for box of milk ( for my little child) from lobby bar I’ve witnessed nothing but arrogance , anger and refusal from the staff. Embarrassing. Actually the hotel manager has tried to make things worked for us but nothing really happened, only promises. It’s sad that the staff cares more about people from abroad than about local people. Nevertheless the food - less than average plus waiting queue is ridiculous, drinks - cheap quality, cleanliness - not that bad, pool - you can’t find a available sun bed, all of them taken from early morning. Evening program - do not bother, it doesn’t worth. We’ve checked out one day before our check out date

Otelle kurban bayramı öncesinde kaldık. Sezon yeni açılmış olduğundan mı bilmiyorum otel çok temizdi. Ortak alanların temizliği gerçekten şaşırtıcı şekilde muazzamdı. İlk günlerde garsonlar çok ilgiliydi sonralarda biraz o ilgi azaldı ama yinede biz memnun kaldık. Otelden denize servis var 15 dk bir kalkıyor fakat yürüyerek de gidile bilir. Deniz yanında öğle yemeği yiyebileceğiniz bir yer var bu gerçekten çok güzel otele gitmenize gerek yok.
