"House was beautiful, pool was amazing even though when we stayed Florida had it’s coldest New Year’s in 20 years (39 degrees nights and 60 degree days) we couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. I fished every morning afternoon and night ( when time allowed). We caught quite a few fish. The house location was perfect for us to hit beaches to the north and south. Almost forgot, dolphins and manatee swam by every day. Neighbor guy gave us a tip to take the kayak to the end of the channel as there’s a spring down there where the manatees hang out. We ran out of time for that adventure. Maybe next time. Looking forward to staying here again."

"Yes. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was a nice addition. The property manager was excellent and very quick to respond prior to, during and after our stay. The house is an excellent location, very clean and comfortable. My specific need was outside the limits of the listing but the manager was very accommodating once I explained the details of my reservation requirement. I can't thank Pirate Properties enough for their flexibility. "
