There's a night club in the hotel so if you'd like to get some sleep in before 3am, request a room on the 6th floor or higer unless you can sleep with music blasting.
Good location and price. Reception (including the Filipino and Moroccan desk staff) was good, Mr. Varun help through my stay was superb. The staff at the Sea Eagle Cafe (please note Pia's attentive service) was superb. Kudos also to Soliman, who was always respectful, professional, and courteous assisting with any help I needed. Room was big clean, spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing I was not happy (satisficed) with was that, on check-in, they do not take credit cards to make charges to the room thru the stay, so have to walk with cash on hand all the time. Will be better if, in the future, this changes to make things easier to guests.
This is one the worst hotels that I have ever experienced. The crazy receptionists retained my passport and didn’t want give me back. To have it back, I should pay a “guarantee”or give them another ID. Even the manager insisted in this crazy rule that is not mentioned in any part of the contract. Almost have had to call the police or the Brazilian embassy. Detail is my reservation was completely paid in advance
Mucho ruido de noche, música alta de noche. Las fotos del hotel publicadas parecen mucho mejor que la realidad. El desayuno es muy pobre y no corresponden a un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Within Ramadan, with no possibility to eat any meal, staff has been extremely courteous and helpful to make my stay easy in an almost empty hoteL. Rooms are very large and comfortable.
