1st, they didn’t have my reservation. I booked a double room for check in on 5/16 and check out 5/18. The only room available was single. I took that room and paid for the two nights. On 5/17 returning to room, was not able to access room. Front desk closed. Used phone in front entry to call customer service. They had someone come in to help. Seems that the front desk person on Friday afternoon, Darren, only booked me for one night but charged me for two. The customer service person that was called in to assist me, Amy, said the room was for one night only. I asked if it would be possible for us to stay in the room since all of our stuff was still in there. She said no and gave us 10 minutes to get our stuff and leave. Which we did. It would have been good customer service to allow us to stay in the room since I already paid for it and it was not being used by anyone else. I was told no and to vacate the room asap.
