"Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me. We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones."

"I had a great experience with this hotel. Stayed for a conference on a nearby hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good with many options. Did not run into any issues with my stay and the value for the single room was great."

"Nice property with restaurants and bars within walking distance. We appreciated that the property was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend the Fernando Flats 😀"

"Though there is a no pet policy posted there was a dog allowed to roam the pool deck which eventually bit another guest. When I inquired with the front desk the next day if the dog was still on property I was told very plainly yes and felt as though they didn't care about my concerns. Very disappointing since we had returned after a previous visit. Also annoying to have to park in grass with sprinklers if you don't get parked before 9pm."

"Pillows are hard like rock.Dusty, Location great."

"The staff was on top of their game! Exceptional! Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"The location was amazing, we loved walking along the path out back and getting to downtown without needing a vehicle."

"Very pretty and neat. We liked everything about it. Rooms were a little small, but it is nice."

"Súper bueno para los niños y familias"

"When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. I declined because that was not what I had reserved or paid for. He then called the assistant manager on duty. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, did not answer my...

"Overall, the accommodations were excellent. My only request would be to have the hours to purchase food/coffee/wine hours be extended."
