"Room was very clean as well as the entire property. Spacious room and comfortable bed, pillows are small and not comfortable. The portable HVAC unit placed on the wall beside the bed up near the ceiling is a terrible design. The HVAC unit blows air directly onto the bed throughout the night, there is an ability to adjust the angle of the airflow however it always dropped back down to directly onto you in a few minutes. The internet is more of a trickle of internet, 3-4 mbps is not ok, constantly had to reconnect. Nice property overall, well designed, just some details that we did not care for."

"We just returned from staying at this beautiful property. We had 14 people, 6 adults and our grandkids ranging from 22 down to 12. Everything was perfect, you couldn’t ask for more! Jimmy & Rachelle are the perfect hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and check in was a breeze. Great lake for swimming, boating, kayaking and fishing. Walk out the door and the lake is right there. I highly recommend this property!"

"Beautiful little hidden cottage on Loon Lake. The house is well maintained and the lake is clean and perfect for swimming and fishing. We watched sunsets off the peer. We had a great time just hanging out and relaxing. Host communication was quick and we appreciated the local recommendations she gave."

"The best host experience we have ever had. Ben took care of questions/issues immediately. The pool was the reason we chose this property and that feature did not disappoint! The main house has some updates. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated but the overall vibe was cool retro. The house was clean and cozy as advertised. The plumbing in the bathrooms is not updated so if someone uses water in the house when someone is in the shower the water either gets scalding hot or freezing cold. No dishwasher."

"The house was exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well- stocked with anything we needed and so many thoughtful extras were included, such as a drawer with common forgotten items, snacks, games, and pool toys. Three out of the four beds were firm but comfortable. The fourth was very soft and comfy. There is plenty of room for groups (we had seven adults) to sprawl out and enjoy togetherness and/ or moments of peace and quiet. Everything was spotless and communication was great! The pool was fun, and we spent a lot of time in it. The drawers and cabinets were labeled so you know where things go or where to find things. We really enjoyed the pool room and the patio/woods. There were two things that were negatives for us (which weren't huge). First, all the closets smelled of smoke, so we couldn't hang anything up there, and if we'd needed the blankets, we would've been hesitant to use them for this reason. Every room except 1 had a dresser, so most of us still got to put their clothes away. The second negative was how hard it was to keep the water in the pool and not on the carpet. I wish there'd been a drain dug around the outside and a tile with drain at the entrance to make it easier not to make a mess. Otherwise, this place was fantastic, and we had a great time!"
