Staff were very friendly and greeted us by name. Room was spacious, with a large bathroom/balcony. The big perk was the hotel has it's own dock so boats can pick you up right from the hotel.

The staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is really fast and there's no transportation to town. They charge $25 for airport transfer. The room has several things broken and it flooded when I showered. The view was a junk yard. There's no privacy. I do not recommend at all.

Big Drop Off, Jellyfish Lake, and Milky Way are unbelievable and unforgettable. Elilai was fantastic for dinner. Neco Tours, a 200 yard walk from the hotel is the best tour in Palau, make sure to ask for Miwa the tour guide, she’s incredible!
