Giant Smart TV: to enjoy your favorite series and movies in high definition.
Air conditioning: in the living room, so that your stay is always pleasant, even on the hottest days of summer.
Dining table: a perfect space to share meals or plan the day's activities.
Kitchen: Functional and Equipped
The kitchen is small but very functional, equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and more. Although it is not very spacious, it has everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal.

Accessibility and Considerations
It is important to note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the apartment and the terrace requires climbing several stairs. Although there is no elevator in the building, the views and the relaxed atmosphere of the upper floor make up for any effort.

If you are going to rent a car we can offer you a discounted car rental company for being our guests.
CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
