"Many great things about this property. Prime location, attentive staff, enjoyable pools and water features to name a few. The building doesn’t have a new feel and we were frustrated by the lack of elevators. Our room had a great view of the pools and the ocean but because of the elevator placement we had to walk over a third of a mile to get to our car in the self park lot. It’s one of the poorest design I have seen. "

"Beautiful property in a prime location in Poipu. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great pool and restaurant area. Nice beachfront. "

"Kitchen was grimy. Sticky handles on fridge & cupboards. For a week stay, only two dishwasher pods & a tiny bottle of dish soap and one roll of tp per bathroom. Bring your own tp & beach items because the property offers ZERO. No chairs, snorkels, toys the beach basics. ZERO “nice to have while on vacation” but front desk very happy to tell you where to buy or rent those items. Check in was a disaster. Because of the road construction, one couldn’t access the main office to check in making process a joke, especially arriving after hours, late at night, in an unfamiliar area on poorly marked roads. Our property wasn’t even near the main office. Staff could have sent a message with the actual address of our unit and how to access the combo for a key instead of having to go through a phone tree (at the elusive office) with operators who couldn’t spell (had to tell the first operator who finally answered how to spell a simple last name three times), and a second operator who couldn’t find the correct combo for our key. Front desk the next morning came across as annoyed and unfriendly at best. Furniture on deck was hazardous. Legs on chairs almost completely rusted through. No sleep for a week due to crowing rooster near bedroom door (illegal to feed-no one knew this yet unit below kept feeding). We opted to stay one night at a different complex in Princeville. Welcoming staff, warm reception, clean condo, no roosters. Finally one night’s rest. Will stay there in future. "

"The location of Hawaii Haus is excellent! The paths to Shipwreck and Brennecke’s beaches are really only steps away. The house is extremely well-equipped with everything you need! It is spacious and bright, comfortable and decorated with thoughtful Hawaiian touches. The manager was very accessible, kind and responsive. Overall the home is in good condition with a few repairs required. The space is ideal for six or more people. All bathrooms are located within bedrooms, so sharing these spaces is necessary for larger groups. The neighborhood is charming and located close to amenities in Poipu and Koloa! "

"VRBOOur family of 4 spent a week in this beautiful home for spring break. The layout was ideal as the kids both had rooms with big comfy beds and a bathroom to share downstairs. The laundry saved us a ton of packing. The living space upstairs was spacious and great for nights in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do simple meals or elaborate feasts. The porch off the living room was a great way to start the day sipping coffee and listening to the roosters brought us back to the days we lived in Hawaii years ago. The master was huge and we had space to workout and stretch after morning runs. A small storage room had lots of beach towels and chairs which made beach days easy. Trails that lead from the neighborhood cul-de-sacs to the shoreline were beautiful and gave us the option of walking or driving to nearby beaches. We’d definitely rebook this location. "

"Fantastic stay! We loved the house, the location and the island. Kevin is a fantastic host and the unit is nice and well maintained. Close to everything on the south side. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The pool and grounds were beautiful and lush.The house and bungalow provided lots of room for our multi-generational family of ten.AC was great in the bedrooms and bungalow.No AC in main living area, although there was a nice cross breeze most of the time.Two sets of washers and dryers were very helpful. Rocco was very helpful w/ any concerns we had.Short walk to the beach and shops at Hyatt."

"Location is perfect. Love the green path for walks to Shipwreck beach. Great place to catch sunrise in the mornings. Pool was clean and nice. "
