Excellent stay

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of issues that they solved immediately. Fantastic recommendation for the Japanese restaurant round the corner, which was unexpectedly good. Very good breakfast. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Leider ist die angegebene AC Klimanlage nur ein Luftumwandler und kühlt die Luft quasi nicht oder nur minimal. Das hat uns die Rezeption auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt - schade, dass das hier falsch deklariert ist. Zimmer sehr klein.

Die Lage, die Einrichtung des Hotels, der nette Außenbereich mit Terrasse und kleiner Gartenfläche zum Chillen waren super! Unser Zimmer hingegen war für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Es ging grade mal so für 2 Nächte, mehr aber nicht. Beim Buchen unbedingt auf die Zimmergröße achten!

Wir haben uns entschieden, das Zimmer bei 2 Nächten nicht saubermachen zu lassen. Aus Nachhaltig- und Bequemlichkeit. Das Hotel konnte dadurch die Putzkraft anderweitig einsetzen. Auf Frage, ob wir nun als kleine Anerkennung einen Kaffee to go zum Abschied erhalten, kam ein klares NEIN. Schade - kann durchaus Einfluss auf meine nächsten Buchungen haben…
