This hotel is in need of some upgrades in some area eg, flooring in hallways, but it’s staff, location, and excellent breakfast buffet can’t be beat! Such easy safe access to the metro. A great place to stay while visiting Madrid without the crowds and expense of central Madrd

Good location for us for the Madring. Easy to get into Madrid by Metro in about half an hour. Has everything you need. It would be nice if water was supplied every day instead of just the first day and if the air conditioning went a little cooler. Generally very happy with the stay. Really liked the shower .

This is my go to hotel in Madrid. Excellent place, shuttle to airport is large so it’s not hard to get a spot. Very convenient since it has several places to eat right inside the hotel. Beautiful rooms.

Checked in very late and had a flight early the next morning so didn’t have a chance to address this with the staff as I needed to get to sleep for a few hours but the floor had something on it that clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. Also, the air conditioning was so bad! It was like a sauna in the room and having the air con on maybe reduced the temp by 1 degree celsius. The room was ok considering I only needed to sleep for a few hours but expensive considering what you get. Staff were nice and helpful at check in though.

It was great. Not very cold AC, but that is just a matter of taste. Breakfast was delicious and generous variety. If you book through the hotel, the shuttle to airport is free. Otherwise, it is 5 euros per person cash and paid at check in to make sure you get the shuttle time you need. It fills up quickly.
