The cleaning staff were good and all staff were very friendly. Staff were only present for a few hours in the morning. The room was clean. Check-in was automated.
Very comfortable stay and convenient location. Staff was friendly and we had a really good night sleep since the bed was alright and the room was very quiet. If you want a hassle-free stay, this is recommended!
Great location near Gran Via. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are good food options in the area. The access code is great because no keys are needed. It was quiet and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely recommend.
Paco is great for a 1 or 2 night stay. The location is great. Entrance is easy (though instructions were given last minute). The bathroom is super, and the bed comfortable.
There is nowhere to open your bag (except on the bed), and the rooms are not soundproof.
Great place for a short stay. Newly renovated. Clean. Fantastic location. Just minutes on foot to Gran Via. Lots of places to eat, shop, etc nearby. No staff on site and no reception. It is a two star hotel so nothing fancy. No fridge in the room either but has a TV and Air Conditioning. Wall is pretty thin and not great sound proofing. I had to take a phone call early in the morning for work and the next room occupants weren't happy. Similarly one night I could hear people talking next door.
The self check in with codes is so much better than the hassle of arranging to get into similar places. The room itself and en-suite were perfect for the price and location. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Madrid.
Poco Rooms is a high end economic Hostel/Pension in the heart of Madrid: super clean, with good bed and shower in a boutique style atmosphere. We loved it and will book it again during our next trip to Madrid.
Great price for the location in central Madrid, right by Gran Via but in a quiet street. Very small room, but the space is well thought out. You can smell a bit of humidity. To note that it is in the restricted area for cars in Madrid, but there is a parking nearby.
Room looked exactly as pictured on the website, all brand new. I liked the brick hallway.
I didn't have any problems sleeping, but the whole isn't very soundproof,... The brick hallway acts a bit like a sound tunnel. When the neighbors made a phone call with the door open, I could perfectly follow the whole conversation with my door closed, hear the playstation tunes from another room etc...
