From the moment I arrived, every single member of the team was exceptional—from the welcoming bellmen and efficient reception staff to the fantastic bartender. The staff truly make this hotel shine and go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home. ​The location in the Salamanca neighborhood is perfect: right in front of incredible restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the best spots in the city. ​I will definitely stay here again. It was a beautifull hotel and the staff was very nice. We plan on returning next year. The Salamanca neighborhood is beautifull with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complain is there is very little room for lugage and clothing.
