Located in a nice building with elevator, it has views of the main street from the living room, while the bedrooms offer silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets..

It has a luminous living room with a seating area and a dining area, including several sofas for 8 guests, a flat screen TV, a large dining table and wide,comfortable sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and full tableware.

The apartment offers 3 wide bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a total capacity for 8 guests with the living room sofa beds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two large twin beds the third bedroom has a double bed. There is a second bathroom located on the hallway. The entire apartment has been recently renovated and has air conditioning, heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.

The building has concierge and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops, and walking distance from the main leisure areas of the Salamanca district. The area has immediate access to all means of transportation to move quickly and easily around the city.

Great place to stay while in Madrid. Modern, clean and spacious apartment in a great location. Property Manager was excellent and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

El apartamento es muy espacioso. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía muy cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable en una zona tranquila con todo al alcance. No tengo aportes para hacer en cuanto a mejorar algo.

The apartment was really well located, and the social areas were spacious. The third bedroom is so small you can barely get in there, and the kitchen is rather underequipped. Overall it was fine though.
