Very wel located en equipped apartment for your stay in Madrid. A bit complicated to find. And they use their own online platform which make it some what complicated as you have to make a new agreement with them their. There they ask a fee for cleaning but finally it seems to be included in the Expedia price.

The place was just immaculate. The room was clean. It was easy to access. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our stay here for the weekend was great. It is a bit far from the main sites in Madrid but nothing an Uber couldn't handle.

The apartment is in a large apartment block with an electronic four digit code to enter the block. As people are frequently coming and going it is easy to access the block with no access code. We were there 5 nights and on one night, a man was wondering around inside the block waving in the window as we had breakfast (apartment on ground floor). On another night a fast-food delivery man asked us to allow him out of the block as he was not able to find his was out. The room itself has an electronic code for access, the same code as the code to enter the whole apartment block. You cannot lock the room from inside. In summary the security is non-existent within the apartment block or the apartment itself. ... On our second day the dish washer would not work, we contacted the "on-line host". The dish washer was not fixed during our stay. ... We stayed 5 nights, you are provided with one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine tablet, and two towels (for two people) for the total stay.

La propiedad esta acepatable en ubicacion ,en mis dias de estadias nunca pasaron a limpiar, la comunicacion con el personal es terrible, nunca puedes hablar dierectamente con el responsable, es una cadena de personas que no resuelven tu problema. Me hospede en dos ocasiones , porque la ultima reserva fue imposible cancelarla independientemente que expuse mis razones , la habitacion constantemente esta llena de unos insectos, creo que provienne de los arboles cercanos pero igualmente no hacen nada pare resolver el problema , de hecho una de las trabajadoras del edificio los pudo observar y tomar fotos y cuando lo comunico en nuestra presencia le respondieron que eso no era problema de ella, y por ultimo el dia de nuestra salida que debia ser 11:00am, nos bloqueron la puerta a las 6:00am, fuimos a dejar las maletas al carro y cuando regresamos ya no habria la cerradura electronica, lo cual considero una falta de respeto. Esta fue mi experiencia, por lo que considero que no es buen lugar para hospedarse.

Ubicación excelente, cerca a Mercadona y otros comercios. Espacio cómodo y la cocina con todo lo esencial. El AC muy bueno para la ola de calor de Madrid. Lo único que cambiaría sería adicionar unas almohadas, no eran muy cómodas.
