ELEGANT AND PECULIAR APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF MADRID
Enjoy a central and wonderful apartment located a few meters from Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, in the commercial area, with many services and shops, in the center of the center!
It is the best option for couples or groups of 3 people who want to visit the city and enjoy the center of Madrid. It is a quiet and fully equipped space.

Distribution
Apartment distributed on two floors, on the first floor a nice hall followed by a work area with a desk and a comfortable chair. At the end of the corridor is the living room that has a comfortable sofa, convertible into a bed that can comfortably accommodate one person, flat screen television, perfect for spending an afternoon watching movies.
It has a full bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your favorite meals, a small dining room and the bedroom sheltered in a cozy space. The stairs are very steep and you have to walk them very carefully.

The apartment is available in its entirety so that our guests can enjoy privacy during their stay. It is fully equipped and functional. It is only necessary to arrive with your personal items and start enjoying your trip.
The closest Metro stop is Callao (Line 5) which is a 3-minute walk away and the commuter station or the Sol train is a 6 minute walk away.
